Bridge For All Ages is one of four artworks painted for the "Home Turf" Exhibition curated by Leanne McIntyre, Independent Curator and Creative Producer.

The Exhibition took place in the Graceville Uniting Church and focused on the Graceville/Sherwood areas in Brisbane, Queensland. A leafy district in the western corridor of Brisbane and home to a number of significant architectural buildings and engineering works designed by Walter Taylor during the 1920s, through to 1940s.

This particular artwork was inspired by the Indooroopilly Toll Bridge, (now the Walter Taylor Bridge), designed by Walter Taylor and completed in 1936. The painting highlights the Bridge's unique living quarters and its timeless, Art Deco architecture. At the time the bridge was engineered, it was the longest suspension bridge in Australia.
